Description
Martins Beach in Half Moon Bay, CA.....This beach has been the subject of a battle between the billionaire who bought the properties above the beach, which unfortunately includes the only road that goes down to the beach, and first the Surfrider Foundation, and next the state of CA. The owner does not want to allow people to use the road to get down to the beach. The latest update I've found is that this beach is open, and I sure hope that that is still the case!! It's a gorgeous beach!!

Revisiting this magical ocean scene, Laurie! The battle that's going on is similar to one that happened near where I live over a road leading to Lake Michigan which was used for years by the public! A recent home owner won the battle over use of the road to park and the egress to the beach! :O(
Laurie Search replied:
Oh, interesting!! Too bad that the home owner won!! And thank you so much, my friend!! :)))

Gorgeous is the word that comes to my mind Laurie, so I'm using it even though I now see it has been said several times already. :)
