Description
There was a fire yesterday just one house over from the house directly behind ours......so close....very scary. Firemen got there really quickly, and I got some images of a few of them as they got up on the roof after the fire was out and were knocking part of it in. These guys (and women) are so brave it blows me away.

This is a really nice shot Laurie! Thanks God everybody was ok and the fire did not jump to your house! Did you take this photo from a second floor? F/L
Laurie Search replied:
Hi Claudia!! No, I actually took it from the ground, with a 500mm zoom! Yes, thank God no one was hurt and no other houses were involved, either!! Thank you so, so much, dear Claudia!!!! :)))
