Yes, that is right "Namaste" meaning: acknowledgment of the soul in one by the soul in another! In Hinduism, it means "I bow to the divine in you." It is done by pressing the palms together in front of the heart (Chakra), fingers pointing upwards and thumb close to the chest (Wikipedia)! Namaste, Eric and Laurie!

Oh, yes, the Warrior Pose! Nothing like stretching the shoulders and neck and letting your breath take you further into the stretch--feeling one with the earth and sky as you are rooting your feet down into the Mother Earth and stretching the arms into the heavens! Love it, Laurie! Fave! L/F!
